After thirty years of winemaking in the Upper Galilee, Gustavo & Jo Winery is proud to introduce its two new flagship wines: the red Yoav 2024 and the white Tamar 2025. Both wines were born from grapes grown in the Golan Heights and the Upper Galilee, following the philosophy that has guided us since 1995: no added acidity, no shortcuts.
72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Barbera, 8% Petit Verdot and 3% Merlot. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, unfiltered. 14% alcohol. A deep, velvety wine with real character: dark fruit, rounded tannins and delicate oak notes.
66% Roussanne, 17% Chenin Blanc and 17% Viognier. Spontaneous fermentation preserves the character of the fruit and the region. A fresh, aromatic white with a surprisingly full body, presented in a bottle sealed with a natural cork and a gold foil capsule.
Gustavo & Jo Winery is a family micro-winery in the Upper Galilee, operating since 1995. We produce in small quantities, with personal attention to every barrel, insisting on natural processes with no added acidity and no compromises.
